| DESCRIPTION: A carved ivory snuff bottle in the form of a caparisoned elephant, the ornamented saddle’s side banners each bearing the image of Buddha. The bottle rests on a raised foot, and is complete with its original ivory cap. One side of the bottle is lighter in color than the other, usually caused by one side receiving more light over many years.
