DESCRIPTION: A realistic and beautifully carved Chinese ivory box in the form of a duck on the waves. Each feather is delineated and the fitted base is surrounded with small breaking waves. The inside of the duck is well hollowed. Very good condition, no losses noted; dating to the early 20th C. DIMENSIONS: 5” long (12.7 cm) x 2 5/8” high (6.7 cm). <div id='rater_target1135521'></div>
