Each item is carefully described to the best of our knowledge as far as age, condition and material. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Personal Check, Postal Money Order or Cashiers Check. International clients can most easily make payment by direct Wire Bank Transfer, Cashiers Check or Money Order, all in U.S. currency. Shipping, handling and insurance costs are in addition to the purchase price. All sales within the state of Florida are subject to a 6% sales tax unless a valid resale certificate can be provided. Dealers and decorators are welcome to shop our site with trade courtesies given upon proof of valid business and resale numbers.


For purchases over $500, a convenient Lay-a-way plan is available if desired. Lay-a-way can be made with an initial deposit followed by payments in a 30, 60 or 90 day pay plan. Merchandise will be held until full payment is received. Shipping & Insurance is added to the final payment. Items on Lay-a-way are set aside and not taken to shows or advertised as still available. Because of this loss of sales opportunities, Lay-a-way purchases not paid in full within 15 days of each due date will be charged a late fee.


All items sold will be carefully packed and shipped within three days of receipt of payment. Personal or company checks must fully clear before shipment can be made. Shipping can be made via US mail (usually Priority Mail), FedEx or UPS. Insurance is strongly recommended as it will be your only recourse should an item be lost or damaged in shipping. Ancient East can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages whether insured or not.

All purchases are unconditionally guaranteed for seven days from the date of receipt. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please:
1) Notify us for a return authorization
2) Item must be shipped in its original condition and postmarked for return within seven days of receipt. 3) Item must be insured for its full value; shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
